Vehicle tags file (ESP allowlist)

Generates BCM_Vehicle_TagsN as a JSON array of unique IDs, stores it in the DB (replacing the previous file), and publishes a retained MQTT message on BCM/vehicle-tags/version for ESPs to download.

System tanks (1–4)

Assign the mine telemetry esp_id and total tank size (liters) for each system big tank. Used for delivery detection and dispense source tracking.

Import legacy dispenses (CSV)

Upload dispense exports from the old system. Assign one registered nozzle per CSV file; all rows in that file import to that nozzle. Vehicles are matched by Reg No, name, or tag. Split multi-pump files first (one pump per file). Use Clear under 1L to remove dispense rows under 1 liter (manual, legacy, and MQTT).

Add fill nozzles and assign which system tank feeds each one.

Add vehicle

Vehicles require a registration number. Use Unique ID for the RFID/ESP allowlist (not ESP ID).
